Acceptable Use

These rules protect the people whose data moves through the router, the providers behind it, and us. They apply to every key, and they are not negotiable at any price.

What the API must not be used for

• No spam: data retrieved through Jell must not feed bulk unsolicited messaging that violates anti-spam law (CAN-SPAM, GDPR/ePrivacy and equivalents).
• No harassment, stalking, doxxing or surveillance of individuals.
• No automated posting, fake engagement, sockpuppets or astroturfing built on data from the router; platforms ban it and so do we.
• No reselling raw provider data in ways that violate the upstream provider's terms.
• No use for products that are illegal where they are marketed.

Enforcement

Keys used against these rules are suspended; deliberate abuse ends the account with unused purchased credit refunded. If you're unsure whether your use case fits, ask before building: [email protected].
