jell.run is a static website. It sets no cookies and runs no advertising or cross-site tracking scripts. We use DataFast, a privacy-focused analytics service, to measure aggregate traffic (pages viewed, referrer, approximate location, device type) without cookies. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page) to operate the service.
Contact happens by email. When you write to us we receive what you choose to send: typically your name, email address and company. We use it to reply and to set up your early-access key. We do not sell personal data, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
For API customers we hold the account email, the hashed keys, the prepaid balance and ledger, and the inputs and outputs of your runs (so run history works). Personal data inside your run inputs (for example a prospect's name in an enrichment call) is processed to execute the call and stored as part of the run record; you can delete run history on request. This data is kept only as long as needed to operate the account and meet legal obligations such as accounting.
Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within 30 days. Where EU/EEA data-protection law applies to you, these are your GDPR access, rectification and erasure rights, and you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new effective date.
