Create (or fetch) a sending inbox owned by your organization on a domain you verified with email.domain: name + domain, idempotent. Or rename one you own: inbox_id + display_name sets the From name on everything it sends (free). Run email.inboxes first to see what you already own.

Charged once when an inbox is created; calling again with the same name and domain returns the existing inbox free, and renaming (inbox_id + display_name) is free. No shared-domain inboxes: every inbox sits on a domain you own.

The exact quote is returned by /v1/inspect before every call and held with headroom on execution. The quote is the price floor: if the provider's actual cost overruns it, the run bills the overrun at the same rate, never above the hold. The unused part of every hold is released.
